Background of Contest:

Now that we have a cool logo, people are asking us if we have a name for the dude on the logo. We never thought about naming him.  However, what the hell. Let's have a contest for the best name.

Contest Rules:

1.  All name ideas must be emailed to info@charmedleaf.com or sent via Twitter (direct message) to @charmedleaf before January 23, 2012 (extended from January 16, 2012). 

2. Name must not be an obvious trademark of another company.

3. If name is shortlisted by us as a potential winning name, it must survive our lawyer's review to insure that it does not step on anyone else's intellectual property toes.

4. Name must not be offensive, vulgar, etc...

5. If we select your suggested name, as the contest winner you waive any claim or potential claim to the name. Basically, we own the name and you own the contest prize (see prize below).

6. If we select your suggested name, you grant us the right to use your name and/or likeness in all marketing to announce the contest winner.

7. Charmed Leaf, LLC. is the sole decision maker for the winning name.

Runner Up:     1 box of premium cigars (our choice)
